Charles W. Richardson, Jr. holds a doctorate in Marketing and International Business from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business. He earned a M.B.A. in Marketing (New York University, Stern School of Business), a M. S. in Operations Research & Statistics (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute) and a B. S. in Mathematics (Pratt Institute). In addition, he has earned Masters Certificates in Finance (University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business) and Project Management (Stevens Institute of Technology).
Dr. Richardson is a Certified Quality Analyst, a Certified Practitioner of MBTI Step I and Step II Instruments and Certified on Integrated Planning in Higher Education. He has more than twenty-five years of experience in the corporate sector, in the financial and telecommunications industries. His experience includes ten years of effort in the international business arena, providing extensive knowledge and experience in international strategy, global alliances and ventures, and cross-cultural management. In addition, he has spent considerable time working in the areas of process evaluation, program assessment and quality assurance and improvement.
Dr. Richardson has served as a Business and Marketing consultant to organizations in the public, private and non-profit sectors, developing applications in a variety of areas, including health, education, manufacturing and retailing. He is also active in executive education, having taught/facilitated classes and workshops in Marketing, International Business, Business Processes, Organizational Theory & Design, Survey Design, Data Mining, Leadership Development, Diversity Management and Project Management, and a number of others.
Dr. Richardson’s community involvement includes serving as a board member for Planet Forward, the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education and the Greening Youth Foundation. He currently lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
